Meet Madi

Hi there! I’m Madi – welcome to The Event Quarter. I take pride in working closely with each client to understand their vision and bring it to life. My focus is on delivering a seamless experience where every detail is thoughtfully considered and exceeds expectations.

From the moment we booked her she was available on comms, helped bring a vision to life and also used her creativity to bring things to life I couldn’t envision. Madi made wedding planning and lead up an absolute breeze. She did our table scapes (candles, florals, name tags, menus), bar menu, guest book & wishing well set up and signage, welcome sign, seating plan and plinths for the aisle. It was so great having all of this done and seeing it flow so seamlessly! 10/10 recommend booking the event quarter styling for any event or wedding! Thank you so much

    I contacted Madi for my 30th earlier this year. I went with a package as it had everything I needed for such a reasonable cost!

    It was such an easy process, Madi set up and packed up which was less for me to worry about. I would absolutely use the event quarter for my next event and would recommend to anyone who is looking for backdrops and decorations to make their event look incredible ☺️
